Are you curious about how your health may be affecting your sports performance?

The Sports profile (basic) offers insight into a range of health markers related to sports performance such as muscle health, hormonal health, tissue damage and inflammation.

  • Lactate Dehydrogenase
  • Creatine Kinase
  • Testosterone
  • CRP

You should consider getting tested if you:

  • You want to check how your health could be affecting your sports performance.
  • You want to track markers that are important for sports performance.
  • You take supplements raising testosterone (steroids of PEDs) and want to check your general health.
  • You aren’t gaining muscles mass despite weight training and want to find out why.
  • You are experiencing muscle pain or cramps.
  • You want to see if your body is under elevated stress.

This test should be taken while fasting, or in other words, before you have eaten or drank anything that morning (other than water).

In addition, before taking the test:

  • Wait until symptoms of short-term illness have passed
  • Avoid heavy exercise for 48 hours
  • Avoid fatty foods for 8 hours
